KNEU Centre for Entrepreneurship invites all students of Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman  to participate in IDEAFEST Student Business Idea Competition 2020 !!

IDEAFEST Student Business Idea Competition is a competition that enables students to present their business ideas and get the support they need to commercialize it! No prior knowledge of entrepreneurship is required, you just need to have your idea and desire to implement it!

The IDEAFEST winner will receive funding for the development / testing of his  business idea - £ 1000, with additional second and third place  - £ 500 and £ 250. 

Conditions for participation in the competition:

1. The competition is open to students enrolled in a bachelor's, master or postgraduate program at KNEU;
2. The business idea must be the original work of the student or student team;
3. The application form must be completed in English and sent by 21 February;
4. Participants should record an English video of their business idea (maximum 2 minutes), upload it to YouTube and insert a link to the video in the application form.
5. Students can participate both independently and in a team - up to two students.
6. The final of the competition will be in English.
7. Participants should register on the web site of KNEU Centre for Entrepreneurship 
as well as follow FB page https://www.facebook.com/kneucfe/
All announcements about competition  and finalists will be on these two resources!
8. Funding is provided on condition of the practical application of business idea;
9. The decision of the judges is final.

You can apply by February 21st by filling out the application form and submitting a short (maximum of 2 minutes) English video about your idea. Email the form - kneucfe@gmail.com

Upon completion of the application, foreign experts will select 5 finalists who will pitch their business ideas on  the 3rd of April.

Competition Schedule

1. The beginning of the application form is February 3, 2020
2. The submission deadline is February 21, 2020
3. Announcement of the five finalists - March 16, 2020
4. IDEAFEST Final - April 3, 2020
