On June 1, KNEU Centre for Entrepreneurship together with partners The Community Center for Innovation "Up to Future" held the IDEA HUB - II module of Kateryna Kunytska's Workshop on "Emotional Intelligence".
In her professional career, Kateryna adheres to the structure of emotional intelligence proposed by the American organization "6 Seconds", which has been studying emotional intelligence in society for over 20 years.
The participants of the event got acquainted with the key elements of the proposed model and refined the skills of their own emotional competence in practical examples.
According to statistics, managers, leaders and business owners are 80% more successful than others in social and financial terms if they have a high level of emotional intelligence. In addition, the higher level of emotional intelligence, the more effectively it uses the energy of its emotions to create a trusting and productive interaction with others, and therefore the team is dominated by an atmosphere that contributes to the development of the potential of each employee.
